Customer Process

Contract

After the project of the desired

prefabricated building is drawn and

approval is obtained, a contract is made

with our customer and 50% of the

prefabricated building fee is received in

advance.

Permissions

Electricity, water, natural gas projects

are drawn by the customer by an

architect who has the authority to sign

in the area where the building will be

established and the approval of the

municipality is obtained.

Floor Concrete

After the permits of the prefabricated

building are obtained, the ground concrete

is poured by the customer or our company

depending on the agreement.

Shipping

The manufactured prefabricated building

materials are loaded on the transport vehicle set

by the customer and 30% of the project fee is

paid to our company before the transport vehicle

leaves the factory.

Assembly and Delivery

The assembly of the prefabricated building,

whose materials are shipped, is completed

within the period specified in the contract and

delivered to our customer. The project is

completed by receiving the remaining 20% of

the project amount.
